A: This event is not just another policy discussion--it's a collective action effort to bring a unified, cross-industry message directly to Washington D.C. We invite all those from the agricultural, construction, trucking, farming, and fueling industries, business owners, and advocates to join us at this event to gather in discussion of California's economy.

A: The fee is $350 for the Coalition Member Registration. All coalition sponsors receive complimentary registrations as part of the sponsor package. There is no additional fee to attend the reception.
Q: What is the dress code for the California Energy Summit?
A: The attire for the event is professional business attire. Please also plan to wear comfortable professional shoes as there will also be a lot of walking from the hotel to the legislative meetings. The area is vast and most of the buildings require 15-20+ minutes of walking.
Q: Where will the meetings take place?
A: The legislative meetings will be dependent on which one you attend. The meetings will be held either in the Senate, Congress, or Department buildings which hold different addresses. Please anticipate long-walks that are about a mile far (You can also Uber as well, if preferred)
Q: Will meals be provided at the event?
A: A light breakfast will be provided at the opening session. You will receive a gift card to cover the cost of your lunch, which you may plan on your own during a break between your legislative meetings, as each group’s schedule will vary.
Q: When completing the registration form for the California Energy Summit, which address should I enter?
A: We encourage you to enter both your personal and business address as it can help to identify which legislator you and your business(es) falls under.
