Join Us Next Year for 2025's Day At The Capitol!
CFCA Day At The Capitol lets industry leaders get in front of members of the Legislature. During this year’s Day At The Capitol, members came together in Sacramento, CA attending close to 100 legislative meetings.
This is an advocacy opportunity for our members to meet, educate, and build relationships with their State Senators and Assemblymembers.
Each CFCA member has the opportunity to meet with their representatives in their Capitol office to discuss issues currently impacting our industry in California.

DATC 2024 Highlights
CFCA's 2024 Day At The Capitol was a resounding success thanks to your valuable participation and engagement with over 70 attendees!
On the day of Day At The Capitol, we told our stories in 84 legislative meetings (a record number of meetings!) educating legislators on various topics including theft, gas prices, and the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), which undoubtedly spread awareness of the pressing issues in our industry and showed the faces of the very people who keep the fuel industry moving forward in California.
The CFCA Reception was a wonderful evening where we were joined by Assemblymember James Gallagher and Assemblymember Vince Fong whose presence revved us up for an impactful day of advocacy.

What Makes 'Day At The Capitol' a Memorable Experience?
Day At The Capitol is a one-day event that allows people who work in the industry (like you!) to educate legislators on fuel, stand against bad policies, and demand action for more common-sense legislation.
Everyone in our industry should have a chance to share their experience and perspective on industry topics/issues.
