Welcome, PFCS Exhibitors!

Thank you for choosing to exhibit on our trade show floor.  We look forward to having our attendees learn more about what your brand has to offer.  The following information may help answer some of the questions you may have.

  • ATTENDEE LISTS: 
    Attendee lists will be emailed to exhibitors 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the conference. No exceptions will be made.
  • BOOTH STAFF:
    To register staff for your booth, choose "Exhibitor Booth Personnel" from the PFCS registration page and enter code 24EXP at checkout.  Each exhibitor space comes with 2 complimentary registrations, and additional registrations for booth personnel may be purchased for $150.

       Registration will open in April

  • DELIVERIES:
    Any and all deliveries must be coordinated through GES. Please do NOT make direct shipments to the hotel.
  • EVENT INSURANCE: 
    Insurance is provided by Rainprotect and meets all property requirements. The cost of your booth includes this exhibitor insurance. For any inquiries, please reach out to our Conference and Events Director, Amber Rogalski, at amber@cfca.energy or (916) 646-5999.
  • EXHIBITOR FEES: 
    Any outstanding balances must be paid in full no later than August 1.
  • HOTEL ROOMS:
    Our discounted room rate of $259 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego expires on August 9, 2024. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Make a reservation here or call  1-877-968-9784 and use group code PFCS.
  • FURNITURE RENTALS AND MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT PROTOCOL:
    Our move-in period begins on Tuesday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM, and exhibitors may begin packing up and moving out at 1:00PM on Thursday, after the trade show ends. Exhibitors may review the entire move-in/move-out protocol for the event by logging into the GES Express Portal or by using the link and sign-in information provided in their confirmation email. Exhibitors may also use the portal to order electrical services for their booth space, submit appointed contractor information if needed, and browse a catalog of furnishing and carpeting options that are available. Our 10'x10' booth registrations include carpeted floor, a pipe and drape backdrop, and a name sign; only table space registrations include a table and chairs.

  • INTERNET / ELECTRICAL / RIGGING / AUDIOVISUAL SERVICES: 
    All requests of the sort must be submitted to Encore via their EventNow portal search for Pacific Fuels + Convenience Summit 2024. You may also view the EventNow Exhibitor Marketing Kit for more information.
  • LEAD RETRIEVAL: 

    Let's get started. To claim your exhibitor profile, follow steps 1-4 below. If you've already claimed your Exhibitor Profile, you're a rockstar and can skip down to step 5 to get your Lead Retrieval activated! Already done both? - well, then relax and start packing for your event.

    Step 1: GRAB YOUR PHONE and download Expo Pass from the Apple App Store or Google Play. (Search: "Expo Pass"). Follow the mobile app instructions to create and verify your account.

    Step 2: From the menu click Exhibitor Access and enter this 6-digit code: NXA912.

    Step 3: Select your company name. Don't see your name? Add it by clicking
    'Don't see your company name?'.

    Step 4: Select the 'Company Profile' tab and fill in all your information.

    Step 5: Purchase Lead Retrieval - This is the big one, so don't miss it! Activate Lead Retrieval by tapping "Get Lead Retrieval" right in the Expo Pass app.

  • TRADE SHOW ONLY PASSES: 
    Exhibitors have 10 Single Day / Trade Show Only passes to use however they would like.  To access these passes, exhibitors must select the pass they would like to purchase from the registration page (Wednesday trade show or Thursday trade show), fill out the required information, and enter code 24EP10 for Wednesday passes and Thursday passes in the discount code box, at the end of the form.
