Hilton has made energy affordability a focus of his campaign, including a stated goal of bringing California gas prices down to $3 a gallon. His remarks will come directly on the heels of our Keynote discussion examining refinery closures, evolving regulations, supply concerns, and what they mean for the future of California’s fuel market.
