Our trade show runs from 11:00AM to 5:00PM on Wednesday, September 9, and from 10:00AM to 1:00PM on Thursday, September 10.

The cost of an exhibitor booth on the trade show floor is $3,000 for CFCA Members & $3,800 for Non-members.

The cost of an exhibitor tabletop expo in the pre-function space is $2,000 for CFCA Members & $2,800 for Non-members.

Truck spaces are sold out as of 2/20/26.

Each 8' x 10' exhibitor booth space includes pipe and drape and a company ID sign.

Additionally, every exhibitor space comes with 2 full conference registrations, 10 Trade Show Only tickets, a list of CFCA Summit attendees sent out 2 weeks before and after the conference, and access to at least 3 networking opportunities and the keynote session.

Each 6' x 8' exhibitor table space includes pipe and drape, a company ID sign, one(1) 6’ table, and two (2) chairs.

Additionally, every exhibitor space comes with 2 full conference registrations, 10 Trade Show Only tickets, a list of CFCA Summit attendees sent out 2 weeks before and after the conference, and access to at least 3 networking opportunities and the keynote session.

Each 3’ x 8’ demo kiosk include a branded hardwall backwall and a 1m branded counter front.

Additionally, every exhibitor space comes with 2 full conference registrations, 10 Trade Show Only tickets, a list of CFCA Summit attendees sent out 2 weeks before and after the conference, and access to at least 3 networking opportunities and the keynote session.

Exhibitors have the option to add additional booth staff for $150 per individual.

Exhibitors can move in on Tuesday, September 8, between 10:00AM and 5:00PM and are free to pack up and move out on Thursday, September 10, after 1:00PM (when the trade show ends).

GES is the General Service Contractor for all non-exclusive exhibitor service needs. CFCA Summit exhibitors may work directly with the GES team via their online expresso platform. Direct ordering link from GES to follow.

All requests for internet and electrical must be submitted to Encore via their EventNow portal as the exclusive electrical provider.

Yes, CFCA Summit will provide Wi-Fi for all attendees and exhibitors on the trade show floor.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing.

Cancellation requests received before August 1, 2026 will receive a refund of booth fees, less a 25% cancellation fee.

Exhibitor fees are nonrefundable after August 1, 2026, and any booth that is not paid in full by then may be released.
